Fyi. You can now vote. Just voted for the Heritage jumper. Announcement in December.

There was no choice for the early 2000's logo.
Boooooo.

I already have full body armour and helmet on... but I prefer the newer logo.

I grew up in the glory days of the 70s, 80s & '95 and love(d) the logo.
And I grew up drawing 1000s of CFC logos over all my school books and folders, amongst other less disposable items (eg. furniture, walls etc...).
However, I think that the newer logo is more powerful and how I would have liked it to be growing up.

The problem is that we now associate the old monogram with great success and the new version(s) with terrible failure and a weak culture.
Unfortunately, I don't believe this will change by reverting to the old monogram.
I think the answer is to play better and build a strong culture - the positive association will follow.

Ok, now lay-in...

Richmond reverted to their old wider stripo a few years ago IIR. I think they did it to remind their suppporters of their glory days as well. They've been going reasonably well since.

May as well rely on magic potions, spells and amulets if we're relying on a logo to play better.

Quick, read that goat's entrails!

Even if we play worse, with the older design, we'll look better doing it.

I'll get all match happy if the notches don't return ASAP.

The new logo lacks imagination, so plain, boring and weak...simply the cheapest design you could come up with. A reminder of the darkest years like others have said. Why would you want it? They should have a competition for a new style if thats what they want.

I'll be voting for the heritage guernsey as well - I think it'll be weird though having one crest everywhere else and another on the jumpers.

That's how it's been for the majority of our history.

While I want the heritage monogram back on the home guernsey, I think we should use the current version on the clash jumper. The old one just won't look right on a white background.

Heritage all the way for me at home..... It seriously is the best jumper in the league, why on earth they changed it I will never know?
The newer one as Frac de Borges mentioned would be my pick for away games especially as it has some grey in it.
Honestly though clash jumpers are purely money driven....Who do we or anyone else clash with? The current White one we use is just Butt Ugly...
Teams dont even wear white shorts away anymore, but that is all that's needed.

The notchless design looks like it's about to topple over to the right.

You seriously couldnt come up with a more passive jumper than the notchless... The least effort possible to in the human race is required to design that.

"Plus – one lucky person who is at Carlton Carnival will be selected from the crowd to meet the players and take part in the unveiling of our new guernsey."

Pretty obvious what the 'winner' is.

Smart $ would have been on buying the heritage guernsey at 50% off the Carlton shop sale a few weeks ago, since it's going to be come our current guernsey.

I only bought 4 ;-)

I also bought a fluffy dog that sings the team song when you squeeze it. But it cuts out half way through. I guess that's what you get for paying half price
