We are still chasing the wrong people. The list manager we need is at North ... Cameron Joyce ... has performed superbly at a club run on the smell of an oily rag.

Do you expect any other club to let their list manager or recruiter walk before the draft? That's why it wasn't sorted.

What is disappointing is we are heading into another draft/trade period and still no changes to an under resourced and incompetent Recruiting & List Management department.
