I think it's time.

Gibbs deserves it, they'll both support each other and lift the team when required.

Don't really care who it is as long as they do a good job.

Whatever a good job looks like.

Actually, I'd have Simmo and Judd as Co-VCs and do away with the 'leadership group'.

All depends if they embrace the idea or if its forced on them.

Vice Captain yes, but murphy has earnt the right to be the sole captain.

Nah ! no way.Thats the sorta thing weak clubs do cos they aint got the guts to make a hard call................i'm for giving this leadership bullshit the lemonade and sarse and reverting to Captain,Vice-Captain,and Deputy Vice-Captain and leave it at that.

Exactly, like those puny weaklings, The Sydney Swans. Co-captains are a recipe for failure.
No side had ever won a flag with TWO captains, especially not in 2012.

I'm all for it. Neither seem to have a particularly strong or commanding leadership persona, maybe together they can account for each other's strengths and weaknesses and we'll see a building of on-field leadership?
