I just don't get the fascination with young coaches in AFL.

Bringing in another rookie coach just means that our current coaches have to teach one more person how to do their job.

Same with people who make a big deal about one club's list being 6 months younger on average than another.

Rookie list him and "supplement" his income with a job as a part-time development coach. Wonder what the AFL would make of that, although it was done at GWS with Brogan, so presumably it would be allowed.

Dunno about ROK. Since the stuff about Princess Mary came out, I've seriously questioned his judgement. I'm not sure he's the right type of intellect we need right now
