I'd take aim at John Barker before Wiley.
Who is Leigh Brown?

Shouldn't be replacing Dean Laidley then?

Think about it.

The question is whether our football staff are developing our players .
The present lot.

None of us know.

I don't have a problem having Wiley.
I want more off field personnel to add to Wiley.

I reckon we should go back to the previous model.

Having Wiley around the club is fine. He seems a nice enough bloke.
However appointing him midfield coach last year was moronic. Our midfield went backwards under his tutelage.
That's 1 years development wasted.

Agree with this. 2 different positions (development & midfield coach) and should be handled by 2 different individuals. We are just dumb sometimes.

Are you some kind of doctor Jass?

Is that what your badge says? Doctor Jass?

We need to bolster the off field coaching in general.

Trigg seemed to indicate the other day that that would be the case.
