....what a season hey folks?

The 2014 finals series will certainly be a flat spot in my household.

Apart from watching Hinkley's rabble list continue to win games and finals, I will have no interest whatsoever in the outcomes of finals matches ladies and gentlemen.

Imagine if Hinkley can't get his boys to beat Richmond (the perennial chokers) on their home ground?

You haven't lost what was a pack mentality 25 years ago (as far as football is concerned). Everybody else has moved on.

You often hear players talk about 'the bubble' - life locked inside away and protected from what's happening and what's being said 'on the outside'.

I'd like Mick to end this practice because I reckon its unhealthy in an emotional sense for young blokes playing this particular sport.

Players should be given the opportunity to play on whatever emotion is driving them - in the end it sorts the wheat from the chaff.

Too many emotionless robots running around who aren't allowed to feel a loss hard enough or a poor performance hard enough or a win/good performance hard enough.

We've cut Lappin loose this week. Mick can have him back now. :)

Love to have Lapps back. Reckon he would be good for Menz, as I reckon they are a little similar in style.

Forwardline worked fine at Collingwood when Lappin was there under mick. Turned to crap when Bucks took over.

4 years at one club is probably enough as an assistant.

Any news on John Barker?
