Maybe after 30+ years of being the top dog, he's just a bit of an arrogant **** who doesn't rate the opinions of most people who have done fewer things in football? i.e. Stevaux.

Doesn't have any bearing on the task at hand, which is to rebuild the list.

He is a bully... He has an anger problem... He's too old and cant hack coaching anymore... He's just a grumpy old man.
Sensitive media and disgruntled players who cant hack being held to account say so.
The media are obsessed with him. Every time a Carlton player is interviewed, they ALWAYS get asked whether they ve 'copped a spay' or 'had a death stare' from Mick. Its pathetic. Do they ask Hawks players the same about the angry ant Clarkson ? Its just a joke, but of course, it gives the haters a bandwagon to jump on.... Hate away!!!

Yep, a team with zero injuries pushing for a top 4 position beating the team sitting in 13th and missing 6 of their starting 18 comes down to coaching.

I think mick has a very valid point regarding this. The strength ,fitness , physicality of our modern game blows away the game and players of yesteryear. The season is long and in many respects, is a war of attrition. Usually teams have injuries, they are a given, therefore you either are blessed with minimal injuries or you have to have the depth to cover them when they occur. But even great sides will struggle when they have significant key injuries. Add to this, the pressure that great depth puts on players already in the side, and you have a multifactorial reason why we failed ...port had virtually a full list to choose from

Injuries an excuse for a 100pt loss. I think hawthorn has more key injuries than most this season and in top 4.

Ratts had a shocking run of injury in 2012 and just misssed out the finals. Got the sack. We are not even close this year to the finals and had a pretty decent run with injuries. Judd and kruzer the only major injury plagued players all season. Spare the injury crap

Let's get a petition going, sack mm , bring back ratts, sticks and Hughes.
One will quote stats at nauseum to suit the argument, the next will say we're cfc @#$%&! the rest and the last one will reply with it is not a perfect science and don't judge me on the past. 5.5 years set us back 10+.

I have no issue with him being rude to a bunch flowering journos. If he was rude to anyone else, then I would have an issue with that. Mark Stevens is a flower. So is Slobbo.

If they ask a half decent question, they will get a decent answer. When they try to set him up with absolutley flower stupid crap looking for a headline that is when he bristles. Some here will argue otherwise, but he was also a prick to Sam Lane.
He has improved a fair bit toward all but Stevo. after being sked by the Judge to do so.
He's so immature in this, and I can't fathom supporting him when he represents our club with this kind of crap.

I'd rather he not do pressers, and concentrate on getting the team right for 2015.
