What were they?

Was the obvious question only the interviewers decided to talk about Bec instead.

I'm going to take a punt and say the teams recent good form has had something to do with Judd deciding to go on for another season. Judd is a 110% competitive monster, I can't see him sticking around for clean out and rebuild, as many here suggest is needed for our success, therefor Judd and others must believe we are not that far off if he is deciding 2015 is worth another crack at it.

I'm not saying 2015 premiership or anything, but if Judd is sticking around, he really believes we can play finals next year (otherwise what's the point) and at the end of 2015 if we make a decent dint into the finals ...

One more final push for the JuddMan in 2016 when we have a dead set crack at a flag?

Sounds about right to me

Never seen the great man so relaxed

That's the best interview he's given in his time with us.

Very enlightening.

Interesting comment that it's the first time in his time at the club that everyone has been playing for the team.

In my opinion still an invaluable player on many levels.
In absolute terms still one of the great players.
In the microcosm of carlton, he still takes a great player to curb him, which gives murph, gibbs, simpson et al lesser attention.
In terms of setting an example and building a culture. Steely determination , non-compromising, lofty standards. All things that mick is striving to instill into our soft shell players. He is still needed , perhaps now more than ever as our list comes to a crossroad, choice A -continue to play the flaky inconsistent football of the past 6-7 years, or choice B - play consistent, hard, disciplined football.

Juddy was superb tonite.
I look at him and I see a future coach.
Yes, I know many think he doesn't want to etc..
but ...I can easily imagine him coaching in some capacity, at least for awhile.
or, maybe..running for PM...

Has there ever been a worse case of fate tempting when he said 'barring unforeseen injury in the last 3 games'.... :yikes:

But great to see Juddy looking and sounding so relaxed and positive. Fingers crossed all goes smoothly in the remaining games and we see the great man running around again next year

He does hate Mick. Mick sacked, Judd captain-coach.

Spot on club....and then

"Waite should stay...given what's coming" (or words to that effect)

What's coming????

Dumb idiots ...just Mike Sheehan asking how his "nephew" went and what "mistruths" are.....

Great interview with Judd on OTC tonight.
Wookie will get it up. Watch it.

He made it obvious he hasn't squeezed the club.
Took the 50% cut in last contract. Claims his call.
Has agreed to continue and hasn't got a contract yet.
He believes the club and he are fair.

I reckon he can smell what's cooking.
A couple new star recruits.
A couple of good B graders like Everitt and Docherty.
Kreuzer returns.
Good run with injury.
Great preseason.
Everyone steps up.
Everyone on the same page.

Bring it on.

This needs elaborating

Thought Juddy was great tonight. But as mentioned previously, curious to know what exactly changed 4 weeks ago. Playing group heart to heart? Club united on direction forward? MM has everyone on board? Star recruit committed to us?

Appreciated his honesty but his comment (twice now if you count his recent Q&A on the club website) that not all players had the required team commitment and will to win in his seven years at the club is extremely disappointing. Such a missed opportunity this era...
