I play the Sydney Card Clem because 7Dom implies I don't have a source but he does? Basically I AM LYING. Interesting how someone in Sydney has an impecable source compared to a Melbournian, isn't it?

But maybe your mind doesn't see outside the square to understand at what I'm getting at and like many "rhodes scholars" things need to be spelt out to for you. You deserved that.

Why couldn't someone in Sydney have an impeccable source, it's hardly as if there is no way for people to communicate between our capital cities.

Wojee, someone in Sydney is still relying on second hand news and therefore are in no better position than someone in Melbourne. Why is it hard to understand, I am saying he's source is better why?

I think we all need to be a bit more careful about what we say about players.

Why is it 2nd hand just because it may be via email or phone rather than face to face.
It's very arrogant to think that just because someone is further away from the coal-face that their sources are less reliable than those in Melbourne. You'd be surprised at what even I'm able to find out that few on the forums would know despite living in sleepy old Shepparton.

1) If we are in no better position than someone in Melbourne, then why do you keep playing the Sydney card when quite conceivably they could have equally a good source as someone in Melbourne?

2) Point 2 is predicated on someone in Melbourne knowing someone 2nd hand, ie. a friend of a board member. What happens if someone in Sydney knows the board member personally (as could happen because of their business interests etc.)? Then that person in Sydney has BETTER sources than the person in Melbourne who only knows 2nd hand do they not?
