Nothing wrong with shining the spot light on poor performers. All the great coaches did it. Barassi would do it to the extent of nearly humiliating a player. At least Malthouse was careful with his words.

I agree with his disciplinary measures but he should shut his mouth and do his job without trying to justify his actions
