Menzel is one of the only reasons I still watch games.

Radio not much better. Radar trying to improve his anti-Carlton credentials at SEN by barracking for GWS

Jeez ... we have zero forward defensive pressure and speed. Menzel is all class, but by no means is he the zippy little guy we need up front.

That zippy little guy is playing for The Crows :screwy:

What's the AFL record for missed tackles? We must surely be on the verge of adding to our GWS scoring record. They just keep on tumbling!

How crap is Carrots now ?

The combo of Brock and Carrots is seriously so terrible. There isn't one team in the league who would play either of those guys, let alone both ! They may have been good players in years gone by, but the game has really moved past them.

Surely we'd be better off playing the Graham's and Lucas's and Holmans, and Johnson's ?

We just don't have enough players who hurt the opposition

Then again we have many players who get their hands on it.....and then, well then it becomes a 50/50

Both awful players these days whom I despair of watching. You could argue that Brock has some value for his goalscoring instincts, but he costs us in almost every other aspect of the game. Carrots's disposal is possibly the worst in the league, when he does hit a target it's almost always a hospital pass ora 15m chip to Waite 45m out on the boundary, which leads to a behind at best. So he has pretty much no purpose at all.

Carlton football: a guide.

Handball? Aim at the ankles.
Kick? Just over the head.
Tackle. Try, but don't stick it.
In space? Slow the play.
