I love it. I want the notches.
To me that's the Carlton I've followed for fifty years.
I hate the current logo.

The NYankees have a logo that has stood the test of time since 1936. Prior to that it was a bit skinnier but otherwise stayed the same. We've changed ours for what reason? Sleeker, more modern, easier to overprint the motto? Dunno. Does it look better? Not in my books. Does it represent a successful era? Just the opposite.

Richmond had the idea. Get back to your roots. It's a small thing but it means a lot. To me anyway.

It's like watching a cover band down the local pub.

Entertaining but ultimately its not the real thing.

So I saw these new jumpers while at Princes Park on Saturday morning. They are very grey. Maybe it was the lighting in the shop, but I don't think so. :|

Hope there is a return policy. Say no to metrosexual fabric.

FWIW. I saw one in the sunlight and it was normal dark blue. Not as dark as it could be though.

Sorry if missed it, but is there an 'official' place where we can vote for the 150 jumper to be our main jumper?

Officially you have no say as you are only a member or a supporter. If you were on the Carlton board in the 1990s though you could change the guernsey without consultation, and without letting anyone know.

Your best option is to become a director, a president or board member and then you could change the jumper to whatever you want.

Maybe you would like to see the M&M version of the guernsey. No problems...if you are on the board that is.

Here is the only non-official way you can have your voice. It will be ignored though.

Unnecessary.

But OK.

Just.

So that makes it five different guernsey designs in one (supposedly historic) season:

Normal home
Heritage
Members heritage
Indigenous
Clash

Overkill.
