He's a vet who should have stayed a vet.

..highest suicide rates by profession is vets if recall correctly, and he works with us.... ..catch 22..

I'd love us to get Adrian Anderson.
Why?
He's very astute.
He might be the one to take a razor and slice where needed.
I guess some supporters might have thoughts of slicing their memberships, but hey..
can't please everyone anyone right now.

..and also what doc said.... ..and I don't think he is fond at all of the dopers..

Dunstall would probably suit Brisbane, given he's from there.

We could always give his offsider Spud a shot.

If anyone has any doubts about AA being a CEO - take a look at the link in my above post. Having said that - he's not really linked with us and we don't know what month Swann will go....but he's definitely gone. My bet is July. In most organisations a sub-committee would have been formed at board level and they would have been sounding out potential candidates. Perhaps even employed external people to assist in the process. But this is Carlton.

We will do all of the above....then appoint McKay 2 days later.

McKay's not a CEO. There's no danger of them appointing him.

If dunstall was an ex Carlton player l doubt we would ever appoint him. So why would we hire McKay.

He'd be only as effective as the board allows him to be.

Just to clarify...

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/footb ... 6915819854

Quote:
CHELSEA has agreed a £32 million deal with Atletico Madrid for striker Diego Costa, according to Sky Sports.

Costa, who has played a starring role in the Spanish club’s run towards a possible La Liga/Champions League double, has long been linked with a move to London, with Jose Mourinho desperate to sign a prolific striker.

I can't stand that Mathieson has so much influence. BUT ... on the other hand he is anti Elliot ... so thats a plus.

So ... its basically a mess ... we lose either way if there is a showdown.

I would be happy to have Swann or Cook ... our real problem is with the recruiting department ... not to mention the Coach and the MC (I said not to mention it).

They're trying to get some value out of the 'Can you smell what the Blues are COOKING' line.

Problem is, they'll go after the Navy Lieutenant who was here in 1770
