No-one is questioning his success, OR. The issue most have with him is that we simply don't know who he is. What's his vision for the club, aside from "win flags. Restore Carlton to our rightful position at the top of the table" sorts of motherhood statements? How will he achieve off-field success, and how can that be successfully integrated with developing on-field success?

I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt, but you'll excuse me for being wary.
