It's a good draft this year for talls.

I know other teams improve, but my point is that we should have improved from last year also with those 5 players who run hard both ways. Scotland hasn't really slipped on last year (it was last year his output decreased), betts didn't have the tank and you keep telling us Judd was rubbish last year. With improvement in Yarran, Rowe and a fit Murphy we should be better than last year and we are far from it, even though we have improved our best 22 considerably.

My thoughts exactly, the more we try to squeeze blood from a stone the more the rot lingers (sorry if that's a mixed metaphor).

Yes it was very unlike mercury to miss from 25 m out.

And very unlike, Dean Wallis to think he was Andrew McLeod or Gary Ablett senior and try to win th game off his own boot.

From what I hear, during that 3rd quarter where the bombers got on top, some of their players got a little disrespectful and cocky with one or two of our senior players (esp when Bradley, SOS made some skill errors that resulted in a goal).

Some rather nasty personal things were said by a couple of the cheating bombers.

This was spoken about at 3/4 time amongst some of the players.

The final quarter produced a very appropriate ending to the final.
