This morning Carlton were $3 against Pies - now $3.75.

If Carrazzo, Ellard and Yaz are all fit, please drop Casboult & Lucas. If that happens we're a good chance.

Negative nellies. Underdogs again, nothing to lose.

No thanks honey, I'll decline sex. I may not perform.

I liked Casboult's game. I reckon Mick is getting him to impose himself more physically on contests.

Apart from those shocking misses I thought he did well.

Of all our forwards, why is it the worst kick that is the most determined to have a shot? tuohy or Yaz should run past for the handball. Every. Single. Time.

Can't see us winning but I didn't think we'd win today after 6 changes.

How do we win this game?

More goals. Less bombs.

Is this one of the AFL's A-reserve-must-upgrade games?

Believe!!!

The one thing that I took out of today's game, apart from enormous gratitude that we, the players, not necessarily those on TC, kept our heads and self-belief when it really mattered, dug deep, and managed to come away with a significant win, was how pathetic so many so called supporters of "our" team are when the chips are down. When I read pages 7 to the early parts of page 11 on the main match thread of the Carlton v Weagles match I couldn't help but be disappointed to the verge of disgust about what was being said about my team by so many members of Talking Carlton. I understand the passion that people have, the frustration at how we seemed to have come to a standstill, but the lack of hope expressed and the turning on the team boarded on feral. Thank goodness that our players are made of sterner stuff and have a greater self-belief than so many of the arm-chair experts on TC. I would rather believe, hope, pray, beg, cajole, dream that we will get up and win than turn my back on the team that I love. Thank goodness the ANZACS didn't display the same attitude and mentality when things looked tough. Stick fat! Believe! or go home! Even if we do lose, so what? We are Carlton, F*** the rest!

Not particularly sold on Casboult either - a liability in the last quarter.

Having said that, we look better structurally with him in (until West Coast played a small on him instead), and allowed Waite and Henderson a better run at it.

The alternative is probably playing Watson instead. I think he stays. Thinking no change. Ellard for Yarran if need be. Wasn't rapt with McLean's game, and would have him make way for Carrazzo if it's available too.

i think this one can be won with effort and some daring .
collingwood arent great.

there are only 3 or 4 teams in the league who are more advanced than anyone else.
Collingwood isnt one of them
Wouldnt worry about swann as much as pendelbury and beams.
Swann geets a shotload of easy touches and flicks the ball to others and brings them into play. but he doesnt hurt u
losing should never be an option

spot on, if he had of kicked those two you would say it was one of his better games. his work in the ruck is very handy as well (even though we got smashed in the rucks)

same again, come with the same effort against the dogs/eagles and we are a chance. pressure then, use the ball well, take your opportunities etc..
