By Year's end I hope we are playing something like the below and they are playing a very good brand of football and giving us hope for the future:

B: Buckley Jamison Giles
HB: Yarran Watson Docherty

Foll: Warnock Judd Murphy
C: Thomas Cripps Simpson

HF: Everitt Henderson Gibbs
F: Menzel Casboult Walker

Int: Graham Bell Holman Carrazzo

sooner than later,
buckley jamison giles
walker henderson simpson
tuohy carrazzo thomas
yarran waite cripps
menzel everitt garlett
kreuzer murphy judd
i/c; graham gibbs docherty
sub; holman/reynolds
we lack two key forwards, waite is almost done.
let gibbs go at season end, will up with probably pick 8 and 13/14 for gibbs,
that will help our key forward issue, considering this years draft is all about talls.
would love too see reynolds get a run..
ellard, mclean and robinson, same types, slow with average skills..

For me we are starting to build a few options in positions, but obviously still need some class
1 tagger for me, so Carrots only a fill in

B: Simpson Jamison Giles (or White)
HB: Yarran Rowe Walker (or Sheehan or Tuohy)
C: Docherty Gibbs Curnow
HF: Everitt Henderson Bell
F: Menzel Casboult?? Thomas

Foll: Kreuz Judd Murphy

Int: Buckley Cripps White Graham

Others
Robbo Carrazo Wood Brock Sheehan Johnson Mcinnes
WAITE - buggered if I know!!

Happy to delist
Warnock Watson Lucas Temay

A classy athletic big forward helpful
A skillful hard mid to add class also a priority

Next year?

Buckley Rowe Jamison
Yarran Henderson Sheehan

Kruezer Gibbs Murphy
Docherty Cripps Everitt

Judd Jaksch Everitt
Menzel Watson Walker

Thomas Tuohy Simpson Curnow Bell White Carrazzo

A gun second ruck/forward is needed if Casboult goes plus some class around the ball.

Add another 5-6 talented kids and maybe Mitchell and there is some hope?

Spider Everitt coming our way?
Could we target a another #1 ruck and Kreuzer becomes Casboult (if he leaves) relief ruck/fwd or we run with Cam Wood/Kreuzer combo who was competitive when roaming forward?

2015 TOP 22

Back: Thouy, Rowe, Jacksh
H/Back: Walker, Jamieson, Simpson
Centre: Everitt, Gibbs, Yarran
H/Forw: Menzel, Casbolt, Judd
Forw: Higgins, Henderson, Bell

Ruck: Kruezer, Murphy, Tom Mitchell

Int: Dorchety, Curnow, Carrazzo (Buckley)

Emerg: Wood, White, Cripps

Granted we would need to get mitchell, jacksh and higgins and also lose waite, gartlett and robbo.

I cant see us losing and getting all 3. But it will be interesting.

Have you given up on Warnock? If so, I have too.

Whatever happened to the skinny ruckman who beat Cox and Nic Nat in the 2011 final?
Yep, the same bloke who missed the preseason that year with shoulder op.
You'd think he would have stacked on heaps of upper body muscle, and improved his pace and endurance in the next 3 years.
He might pull through with a good psychologist or hypnotherapist coz 2014 vwesion is shot!

I'd bring Thomas in for Carrazzo or Curnow.

Thats better.

I'm hoping Cripps steps up after a huge preseason. Good chance.
Then there's the obligatory 3 star attractions to add. Don't know about Mitchell.
Maybe for our pick 5? Could be done quick and easy me reckons....if the price is right.

Im hoping gartlett and our second round draft opick will land us mitchell, in the end the swans need to get rid of him. We just need to get mitchell to nominate Carlton as the club he wants to goto. the swans are pretty fair on the trade table.

Much better then dealing with the hawks.

What if they gave us mitchell and their first round pick and we gave them our first rounder?
Id consider that.

Where would you fit Higgins in your side Psych?

Without adding any players (expecting to lose Garlett & Waite), and with full fitness across the list, I'd like this line-up for rnd 1.

Buckley - Rowe - Giles
Touhy - Jamison - Docherty
Simpson - Cripps - Yarran
Menzel - Henderson - Thomas
Casboult - Watson - Walker

Kreuzer - Murphy - Gibbs

Everitt - Judd - Carrazzo

sub: ?

This leaves Graham, Bell, Curnow, Sheehan and McLean as probably next in line for a midfield position.
White as the next-in-line tall. Warnock and Wood as back-up rucks.

If we add two trades / free-agents and a handful of kids, we might develop some depth...

Judd on the bench? I don't think that is going to be happening

also Touhy needs to improve next year for a starting position. He was poor this year.

We WILL add talent and we WILL add some depth whilst other teams who bolted ahead of us this year may slip back....it will happen at some stage.

We don't even know if Giles can play yet.
Cripps is a long way behind Bell atm
If Sheehan keeps improving he'll get a run before Touhy. Or Cripps.
Buckley will be OK but he might struggle to get a game early next year if everybody is available.

It's just a guessing game at this end of the season but that team and those in line PLUS one trade, maybe two and all of a sudden 2015 doesn't look to far away.
