a) What would the fine/jail term be for knocking down a building you don't own? We lease Princes Park. Have done for a very long time.

b) What cash reserve are we building a new stadium with? Or are you suggesting the AFL negotiate all this with Melbourne City Council? It's just that I don't think the compensation we'd receive by being homeless would go very far.

It costs Carlton about $2million a year to maintain the ground. The lease runs until 2035. This is déjà vu...

Firstly the University end of Princes Park is the south end of the park and secondly there's probably a bloody big tunnel going through that spot in the next few years if this government is as dumb as they look.

As for the idea that you'd want to use College Crescent as an off/on ramp for a 15,000 car parking lot...

Richard Pratt was not fit to be a President of a Football Club. Had no idea what was going on half the time. But by all means - don't let the truth get in the way of a good myth.

AS for my vision - what vision? That the club keep a lease until 2035? Sure - that works for me. I like Visy Park. The Gardiner Stand will get a facelift soon and I've outlined what I believe should happen to the Hawthorn Stand and future plans for the Legends Stand. It's all good Mosquito....why are you getting your knickers in a know about a place the club is never going to play football at again? Bizarre.

You are not reading my posts...i agree with pratts vision for pp.( No pots shots at me can change my understanding)

However, i also agree pratt as a president was part of the old messiah complex at carlton-thats why we need the best and most effective board coupled with major constitutional change.

Surrley there is only so much you can take before returning some serve..
