It was a Carlton 1-2 weeks.

Give it a couple more days and he'll quietly appear on the LTI list

That a passionate fan isn't a member. Club needs to do more.

I agree pokies are good. Should use extra revenues to make memberships more competitive, so Doc doesn't have to come on here peddling GC memberships.

Why not use extra revenues for more pokies - people love them so much... very passionate about them

Not a bad idea.

Maybe we could get some in at the Club looking onto the ground, where you can watch training / nb games while firing your hard earned in. I like your style Rexy.

I'm unlikely to join for a few reasons. Being overseas for the second half of the season is one reason. Having a membership season's ticket isn't something that's near and dear to me this year, despite it being the celebration of season 150. I'm probably to the stage now where it's pretty hard to justify having a membership. I'm not particularly enamored with going to the football and despite what the club and others tell me - me not having a membership won't affect the clubs bottom line, nor its chances to play its majority of home games at the MCG from 2015.

I'm going. Always like the last practice match before Round One. A few kids will really be pushing for spots and a number of players will be on their last chance to push for Round One.

Great to see games at Princess Park as well.

Doesn't appear to be a great deal of enthusiasm for this one (though I suppose it is just a practice match).

Will be heading down and am looking forward to it. With our injuries there are a few spots up for grabs for next weekend.

Read in Australian this morning that Jamo was also doubtful for Rd1. He's named, so he must be sweet to play?

Fwd line Rd1 is a real worry - Jarrad in poor form and looks slower, Levi is Levi, no Hendo. Even Kreuzer not fronting for this. Thank God Mick got Everitt across, at least we can have someone with some decent height and ability up there. Really hoping Waite can find some touch in this game. Just hope Schulz is out for them to balance the ledger, he has caused some grief to us in the past.

Wish I could go to this, but 4pm start time is a killer.
