Oh, so Eddie is only at the Crows on loan is he; can't play against his own club? :P

Really? Played BP last week and looked the most impressive I have seen him. We have Yarran, Menzel, Garlett plus mids who can all play that role so why put Buckley there?

I also heard MM say Buckley will keep playing back so I guess that means more than any of our opinions anyway?

Brett Ratten got his start in the Seniors playing back pocket - played 2 seasons there in 93 and 94, before Assistant Coach Ken Judge got him a gig in the midfield for the 95 season.

Not surprised with Grahams exclusion. He was trying to be a bit to cute last week and had a strut going after having done nothing.

I agree Yazz. Good to see confidence but there's a road ahead of him yet to play that sort of game

Agree. Especially with Bootsma and Mcinnes both named as well. Might mean White will play forward?

I hope white plays down back, reckon with
Jamison and Watson as the talls, he plays the
third defender role well, good user of the footy
as well, ahead of McInnes at this stage, bootsma
more of a winger/running defender as opposed to
a key defender, doesn't have the body contact like
White...
Simpson Jamison Buckley
White Watson Scotland
Thomas Gibbs Yarran
Menzel Waite Robinson
Garlett Casboult Reynolds
Kreuzer Murphy Bell
From: McLean Lucas Everitt Wood
Cripps Curnow subs: Bootsma Cachia
Rowe, McInnes and Ellard to rest this week..

Graham was a disappointment last week, made no impact on the game at all.

He'll get a chance down the track.

Looking forward to seeing Simmo again. Hope he plays back up in midfield again. I think we could do with his ball use in midfield. Leave defence to Tuohy, Walker, Yarran, Buckley, Scotland, Lucas, etc.

Might have happened more than once but I remember Ratts wandering around lost on a flank looking for a contact lens back in the early days.

I remember writing him off in about 93.

Last time I called time on a player before the club did I think.*
