thanks - might pop in to the club at some point. Will probably downgrade from a CC reserved seat to CC GA for AFL members. Might only have used my reserved seat 3 times last year (if that).

Hi Guys, I am looking to ditch my Captains Club Membeship for which I pay $630 per year. Looking at getting AFL Membershuo next year.

Just want to know, if club still sends you membership pack for AFL Members?

So let me get this straight...you're not signing up as a member in 2014 because a Carlton player didn't smile in a photo with your son? I could probably understand if he told you to '@#$%&! off', but he actually acquiesced.

For all you know, he was on his way to a relatives' funeral, had just discovered a friend was diagnosed with cancer or had just received a call from Andy McKay saying he was being traded to North Melbourne. More likely than not though - seeing as footballers have to use their annual leave at this time of year - he was escaping supporters such as yourself for some anonymity.

You have to realise fame changes people and I've seen it happen to footballers, musos etc till the fame thing wears off then they come back to being normal...even with their best mates....try and look at the situation from a supporters point of view and their expectation....then you'll see you're being a bit harsh on toot who is just sharing his POV on a public forum.

I dont care what the flower situation is, I still expect our players to embrace our supporters. Don't you?

The kid just wanted a photo. FFS.
