Better system. One that actually works in modern times.
In the presser it did sound like he had a touch of the Roos' about him. Hinting that he is there to put things right for the next coach.
Probably just changing the goal posts again.
Read it your own way, Club, with your negative MM glasses on. MM gives no intention of being there as an interim coach ala Roos. He wants to get CFC right not just for his time but well after that. I look forward to the changes to come to bring us into a consistent, hardened finals style AFL team.
To put into context, someone like yourself would be moved on, with your pro-Richmond ideas and non support for your team. Don't apply yourself, move on.
Hi Birdtown,
I have made it clear from the start that I don't like Mick at Carlton and will be completely irrational when judging him. I think I have been consistent with that. I also said sorry to the world for overrating the effects of Richmond being able to spend a month preparing for last week. I thought they would be better but in the end they produced uncontested rubbish.
I have always supported the team. Up until this year I rarely had a bad word about the club. This was my toughest year as Carlton fan due to the appointment of Malthouse. He is an ok coach but I will be happy when he is gone.
I look forward to the preseason and watching the direction the club takes to get things right. Half the fun of following football.
