Watching Hawks Vs Swans first half Friday night I thought that the quality of football was a few rungs higher than anything we've been able to produce for a while.

Didn't see the second half though.

Maybe if we're close at half time we're a chance to run over them?

Yep we're in with an excellent chance and should come away with the points . Dockers not impossible either.
The excitment is amazing , the Baggers are playing some great footy, confident and riveting again add a little luck too , and anything is possible. Go Mighty Blues. Ciao

Thought the same.

Until today.

Sydney game will be a completely different ball game.
We will need to match them at the physical contest for 120 minutes.
We will need to match them at the spread and at the disposal efficiency. No BOMBING into F50 especially if we are undermanned at the contest.
We should not try and match them at the 1 or 2 players behind the ball. Do that and we lose.
Lets try and play our game off run and share from the outset for 4 quarters.

I thought McInnes was good in the last quarter and a half. If Casboult comes in it has to be at Kreuzers expense if anyone IMO. 4 stats today...had 22 hit outs fwiw.

Oh shit. Oh we'll, I thought he was great in the last half of the third quarter and the first 90 sounds of the last

Irregardless (sic)...still don't think we can play 206, Kreuzer and Casboult.

Wasn't Armfield on Ellis today? Thought he kept him very quiet. No chance he'll be dropped, has a specific role each week and normally delivers.

Can I book flights comfortable in the knowledge that tickets will be readily available?

If fit I'd bring in McLean for McInnes - otherwise no change.

I think it would be a huge risk playing Brock. Hardwick didn't seem at all surprised at his withdrawal, said he hadn't kicked with his right leg all week and didn't use it in the warmup when he supposedly injured himself. Can't afford unfit players (unless it's Juddy).

Tippet is gonna be a handful and will want to make amends for his poor game last week.
