Casboult also has a history of doing well in finals (albeit @ VFL level) - hopefully someone makes malthouse aware of this

VFL? No thanks. Warnock has played AFL finals.

When the ball is bounced at the G on Sunday in front of 85,000 - you don't want someone who once played a good final at Cramer St in front of 3,500.

They both played last week - do you mean McInnes out keep Duigan?

I'd be happy to keep both, but I see what you mean.

I did mean out. Just cos he might get nervous and let through a few goals.
then again....so might Duigs I guess.
I loved his endeavour though, and I think he'll be even better this week, if given the chance.

So far this week we've had articles from Bell, Menzel and now Armfield how much they're looking forward to playing against Richmond........

That means that either one of Ellard, McInnes, Duigan and Casboult are the remaining Interchange player.......or Mick is playing games

Out of Duigan and McInnes, I'll take McInnes every time. I think he's a gun in the making, and generally has great poise, which tells me he'll thrive in a finals environment.

Judd, McLean & Scotland all in (for now). McInnes, Ellard & Duigan out. All emergencies I believe.

Actually that's alot of good finals. Every time he has played in one as a matter of fact. They have to start somewhere, why not in a final where we finished 9th.

Expect there might be a late change on Sunday, but let's see.

Menzel a definite starter. Be very good for his development to experience a final at this level. I suspect Casboult and Duigan will come out. I expect McLean to play. Judd and Scotland will know if they are right and hopefully they are wise enough to make the right call.

Only worry with Menzel is fitness. Had no pre-season. I would like him as Sub.

Casboult vs Warnock is a tough one. I can't see Kreuzer being dropped, even though he's had a fairly average year. Surely all 3 won't play....? I'm leaning towards Warnock. Has played well in every AFL final he has played in for us. I don't think Casboult's finals record in the VFL will count for much at the selection table, although it's true he has played some great games in finals for Northern. Unless Kreuzer is really sore, I think Casboult will be the unlucky one...

Have a feeling Duigan might play ahead of Ellard if Brock and Judd are back.

We have to go tall - Tigers are very tall. If it rains heavily on Sunday we can always switch a couple of players.

Good ins on paper, but is anyone else slightly uneasy about bringing in three blokes who all conveniently seem to have recovered from injury to play in this match? We can't afford to bring in unfit players.

I'm sure they'll be some late changes. Minimum one of those three won't play.
