It's been said before but the lack of Carlton chatter in the papers is extraordinary. And while it's not a particularly healthy mindset to have, I would fancy a win just to stick it right the @#$%&! up 'em.

It's great. Shhh. Lets quietly go about it (no Walls articles please). Spoil their party.

Richmond are acting like us 4 years ago when we made it, trying hard not to just be pleased in giving their fans a final.

Good that the only team playing this weekend is the Tiges. We need to apply a bit of pressure and they will fold.

yes it seems all about Richmond in the media. I'm happy with that.

Please Wallsy, no last minute article pumping the Blues up!!

Going on Sunday with my son and his mate who is a Tiges fan and his Dad! Someone's going to be disappointed!!!

A Melbourne final at last! Going to be a great weekend in Melbourne.

We will not play injured players

I hope you are right however we have been playing injured players all year. Why will things change now? The MC ruined our season this year and we are very lucky to get a second chance. Again, I hope you are right!

I only have one concern this weekend and that is Aaron Edwards.
I hope they drop him but I can see him doing some damage if he plays.

Richmond supporter friend of mine thinks he will be the difference. Will Simmo get the job?

Add to the hype a DOCO is launching tonight about Tiges last premiership. ...I hope all the players have to attend

Robert Walls is on radio with KB now.
He made the point that the papers are full of Richmond stuff and he hopes Carlton will quietly strike.
Walls gives us a big chance, mentions Richmonds soft draw coming into the finals and Carlton has had a good lead in with a couple of tough games.

Simmo is too small. It will be McInnes you would think.

one thing that sticks in my mind was the way that tom HarTley stared into the camera, and said deadpan, well they deserve to be there (or something like that)in a way that suggested we did NOT deserve to be there, an that he personally loathed our club.
I like HarTley, and was taken aback. Anyone else notice this, or did i misread him?
I know the moondoggy hates us, so maybe it's a Cats thing against us?

Was briefly mentioned on 360 that Tiges fans would be crapping themselves at the thought of losing this one.
Hyped up all week..
Fans out in force at training...
Coach and playing list with little to no finals experience (I know Hardwick PLAYED in premiership sides, but as a senior coach, 0 finals experience)...
Pressures on them to perform...

The kye is a fast start
The nerves will kick in, and their fans will lose it if the Tiges start falling apart early...
