..depends how you look at it.. ..yes, no team outside the 8 deserves to play finals.. ..no team deserves to play juiced up, and hold a position on the ladder, so once you kick out the team that Deserves to be kicked out, everyone deserves to move up a rung on the ladder if below bombres..

..ppl reckon Norf deserve it more than we do, but they've choked in games more often and far more spectactularly than we have..

..experience for the youngsters is priceless, if we beat port we'd have 11 wins for the year, and teams have made the 8 with 11 before [from memory].. ..as for getting smashed in the finals?, this year and recent finals history suggests we're more likely to give a good contest and fall just short..

We were fairly rubbish in 99 and played in a GF, and I think that helped the side in 2000-01.

I think a win in a final if we got there would be massive for the group and give them some belief going forward.

I think take whatever good fortune comes your way, we didn't refuse to play a final in Mrlbourne against the Eagles in 99 after being flogged in Brisbane.

Regardless of whoever gets in at Essendon*'s expense it's a bit of a joke.

If we have an honourable loss or win a final, that is exactly where we're at. Essendon* cheated and they dont deserve a finals place.

Well yeah...The whole season has been a joke. They should just kick Essendon* out of the finals and rejig how the remaining bottom 3 play off.

We should forfeit playing in finals if we make it because Essendon* lose their points, that would be an absolute disgrace!!!!. Every other team should follow suit until the last position on the ladder and let the wooden spooner play in the final instead.........oh wait a minute

Should I remind you that this time last year we lost to the Gold Coast?

And the year before we won a final by 100 points +.

The reality is we got within 15 points of the top of the ladder Hawks. We beat 5th placed Richmond last week, we beat Finalist Port Adelaide and lost to Geelong by 16 points in a game we should have won.
The point is we're very competitive against the best sides when we play to our strengths. Rolling over and giving up is for sooks.
If the opportunity presents, we should grasp it with both hands and give it our best shot.
