Cheer Zacharakis (he may come to Carlton next year)

Please all Carlton supporters, don't lower ourselves to the same level that the Weagles supporters did in Perth, it is not the players fault it is the administration that is at fault, the players believed what they were told don't crucify them.

Barrack for the Blues, don't belittle yourselves or our club by childish booing.

Boooooo

Spoil sport

Atleast let us boooo Hird

Wouldn't have minded seeing O'Keefe get a run, even at Grahams expense.
The way I see it we probably wouldn't lose or gain anything on field.
Graham's a certainty to be around for 2014, but I believe O'Keefe would be playing for his AFL career.

I've never seen O'Keefe play, but a few posters here rate him very highly. He's been cruelled by injury,
but played very well in the twos last week. A few games now would give the chance to save his career.

Where is the logic in that?Graham was in great form consistently in the VFL. You dont bring him in, make him sub and then drop him.
That's not player management. (Mind you, that was our modus operandi earlier in the year)

If O'Keefe wants a game, he has to force someone out. You have to send consistent strong messages to the players. Games are not gifted and form is to be rewarded. Graham will play well if he is given the opportunity and he deserves the opportunity.

I think my logic was pretty clear BV, you just disagree with it.
I have no issue with that.

fair enough. I cant argue with that.

it will galvanize them, for about 20 minutes.

then rabbletastic

Yep they will come out all aggro for about 20 minutes especially as it probably doesn't matter if anyone gets suspended before the finals.

And that's probably all they'd need.

I guess the key word is "if wanted", I am trying very hard to remain as neutral as possible as to me there doesn't seem to be a lot of solid facts anywhere, just a lot of finger pointing going on, if I remember correctly ASADA have already said that there appears to be no culpability on the part of the players, hence the top level have been charged, there has not been one player charged.

Besides I think that the type of booing that has been going on is tacky and puts the people doing it into the sheep category, surely we are better human beings than that.

You don't come here for the hunting, do you?

I'm betting Dr McVitamins intimidated a few younger ones to get on board....
Explains the raft of lies that subsequently came out about who was saying what at meetings.

BTW Moshe...top joke

One other thing, I think they will be fired up....players seriously believe they will have a chance at other clubs...get out of their contracts if Essendon* can't honour them, They'll think the last two weeks are an audition

......poor buggers

If Essendon* are due to be stripped of their points on Monday, I wonder how many late changes there will be...

I'll be very, very disappointed if we aren't 'on' for this game. Don't get ambushed, don't give them a sniff.

No Moshe I don't come for the hunting, I'm just hoping that we don't make ourselves look like ferals, anyone is entitled to behave any way they wish, I just hope that we can show ourselves to be above feral ( Collingwood supporters) type behavior, is that to much to wish for?

Yes I do because I'm confident we have the right team to beat them and the want to turn things around.

Considering Judd Carrazzo Garlett missing.

Cant understand the Garlett ommission but I dont have a problem with the team we've selected.

I hope Bumbers players are mixed up in the head and dont come out seething.

I just hope we thrash these guys and play like we did in the 2nd 3rd and 4th quarters.

I think they might take the foot off the peddle if we natch them and harfer in the first half...they've made the 8 and cant make the 4.

There's a bit too much schadenfreude around for my taste.

I'd rather everyone connected with Carlton, including the supporters, focused less on Essendon* and more on getting our club back to being a genuine force in the competition.

I have no love whatsoever for Essendon*, but I'm not going to boo every Essendon* player tomorrow night. I might not even boo Hird. I'm going to be too busy watching and supporting my team....

Agree ABNS ... I fear we're mo is distracted than the Dumbers. We have to win and win well. I hope Graham gets a full game...not sure about Kruezer AND Warnock...they never seem to be in Sync.

I also thought we got more out of Caz as relief ruck against the Tiges than we did out of Warnock? Seemed all of his taps went to the Tiges midfielders whereas against Casboult it seemed to go to a 50/50. Haven't watched the replay, could just be my impression...besides I note in the OTHER forum you said that Kruze may be a late out...do we know if he trained?

I'm just guessing about Kruze, I don't have any info, it would just seem weird to play Warnock, Kreuzer & Casboult together. I rate Warnock, but I don't see a future in he & Kruze playing together unless both of them get better as forwards. The problem is, I don't think we'd get for Warnock what he's really worth if we traded him now....
