Jim was a third of our best ever half back line of ..Baird..Deacon..Clark in the 40's and 50's.

Jim Clark played 151 games; including 2 Premiership Sides of 1945-47; was B&F in 1951; and played for Victoria 3 times.

Jim Baird of course was a Finalist in the 1946 Stawell Gift; who once kicked 10 goals in a game; showing his versatility as a swingman.

Bert Deacon won the Brownlow in 1947......a Premiership Year.
