can't remember exactly, but I think it was Birdbrain BUhagiar that threw Doull's headband over the fence. Total disrespect . I went nuts .

It was indeed.

It matters for Lloyd's backheel goal, Fletcher's trip on Garlett, Michael Long's touched goal, Darren Bewick, Gary Moorcroft, Alan Ezard, Jake Melksham, Dean Wallis' hit on Mil Hanna, Scott Camporeale, Sheedy's dirty tactics, those late Neal Daniher goals, Sean Denham's attacks on Diesel Williams, 1993, 1993, and 1993.

This game matters because it is hopefully the last time we play them before they become a hollowed out shell of a club. When the record books are written we need to be able to say we won this one for so many of the injustices they've dealt us over the years.

Nineteen !@#$%& ninety three. :banghead:

You know Verbs,

at one point over the last twelve months Fox Footy replayed the 1986 Grand Final. I watched it and coped. But whenever they replay 1993... well I'd rather chew off my own arm and let rampaging hyenas devour me from the remaining socket than watch that game ever again.

The only Grand Final I have ever been to, scarred for life,....

This game could not come at a better time for the Bombers. They are in free fall and in danger of making the season irrelevant. The coaches will know that if they can't get them up for this game they really are cooked. I reckon they will throw the kitchen sink at us this week. The papers will have us the raging favourites...

After today my changes would be:

In: OKeefe Ellard
Out: Bootsma Yarran

Will Kruezer come in?

Really Choo? Your the first I've heard say that. Apart from a 5 minute burst in defence I thought he was awful. Not only struggled to find it but when he did he made numerous mistakes.

One area of Yarran's game which he showed immense improvement was his tackling.
His tackles stuck yesterday...cant remember seeing that before.

I'd like Yarran to play against the Bumbers.

Kreuzer and Garlett will be selected.
Why wouldn't they?

OKeefe and Ellard are knocking the door down.
Would love to see the ROK play.

IN: OUT

Kreuzer: Warnock
Garlett : Bootsma
OKeefe :
Ellard :

If Ellard and O'Keefe are to come in it would have to be for Graham, Bell or Yarran based on yesterday's performance.
Bell and Graham have only just come in and need some continuity. Bells big body, along with OKeefe's big body will be handy against the cheats.

No changes I reckon. Maybe bootsma for Garlett?

We leave everyone else in after yesterday's gritty win. No one else deserves to be in..

I actually thought he was very team oriented yesterday.
Several times in the last he should have been used because he had worked very hard.
He ran back and chased well. Most intensity in tackling i've see from him.
He wasn't very good but he was doing very good things.
We need to encourage that.

It's a bit exciting that the Port / Freo game is played at the same time. Will add a thrilling dimension of oh boy wowee excitement for supporters if Freo are winning.

actually several times during the game he should of been used when he was running past at pace ready to receive a handball but we chose the longer option instead.

some of his kicks were ordinary though. any chance he is still suffering turf toe?

Hard to keep Kruezer out but I don't want to see 2 ruckman.

Not sure I'd like Garlett straight back in either. His last 4-6 weeks have been poor and we are so much better with our mids pushing through the forward line. Let him go to the VFL and play on the ball.

Look at our goals yesterday? McLean, Robinson, Gibbs, Simpson, Tuohy, Menzel plus 6 from our 2 key forwards. Great mix and shares the workload.

Teams are so much better when structured this way. Even thought Betts showed a more team game and was more useful spending time through the middle.

I just really liked the mix and balance we had yesterday, especially after qtr time and I believe we should keep looking at developing it. Especially after a win.

As much as I want to see Ellard & OKeefe in the side I would be happy with no changes.

I'm not sure what is wrong with his kicking but i know we need him to work harder.
so you can't drop him when he's working hard.
