..like others i think we could benefit from giving Graham a run, some fresh legs and zest would give us a boost..

Cachia has actually impressed me the last few weeks. Much better than the player that was originally on our list.

Just don't like him tagging week in week out. We need ball winners. Our best last week was Simpson with 22 and he is a defender.

Carrots & Murphy are struggling. Personally Murphy should play small forward this week with some time on the ball and Carrots should follow Ablett.

Curnow I'd drop for Graham and Scotland (who is also struggling) for Robinson.

Our midfield has been poor and we need to fix it. If we can we can challenge most sides.

Who do you think will get Ablett? I would have though that Curnow may be the player that can run all day with him.
If not there may be a combination of Carrazzo and Cachia. Should be interesting as to how we line up against them.

Pity that we'll have more tags on their players than they will on ours though.

Carrots. He's struggling to win ball at the moment and is a very good shutdown player. Will still win some the other way.

I think they will try and shutdown Walker & Murphy.

If Murphy goes to a FP it will help stop the tag. Then when the heat goes from the game he can make a difference.

Let McLean, Robinson, Gibbs, Cachia, Graham, Judd handle the middle. I'd also start Betts in middle and Yarran at HB. Will throw them right out.

Curnow has been excellent. He shouldn't be dropped.
I'd consider resting McInnes. If we need another tall back, Rowe can push back. Bring in Robbo and place him into the midfield rotation. Forget the forward tag crap, thats for Armfield.

If Graham comes in, he should replace Scotto or McLean. He plays more of a link man role like McLean but Brock has enough credits to keep his spot IMO.
1 change for me. Robbo for McInnes.

We need to go in and intimidate them from the get go........

Bring in Robbo and chuck him in the middle. Wish Bell could also come in......

Did the team fly up to Qld today?
If so, any news on who made the trip.

seems like forever since we had a day game

Round 2 was a late afternoon game against collingwood at the G

Round 6 the same against Melbourne

Round 8 against Port at Etihad (was the roof closed ? cant remember )

Round 10 against GWS at Etihad (was the roof closed ? cant remember )

and now this game - outdoors in the sun in the middle of the day

wonder if our players will be able to adapt or handle this

Reckon Cachia is stiff.
Plays less than a quarter, gets 5 tackles.
