Breach of contract surely unless the terms of the 2006 Commonwealth Games were explicitly in the contract between the AFL, Carlton and the MCG.

beat me to the punch kennyhunter.....

the 6/5 split does not apply for 2006 due to the unavailability of the MCG due to reconstruction works following the 2006 Commonwealth Games.

After that, under the current arrangements, the6/5 split applies. Although I don't know why we wouldn't be playing more matches at the Dome, but that's just me.

Season starts, Thursday Martch 30 with West Coast v St Kilda at Suvi.

Our first NAB Cup match is vs Geelong at the Dome.
