That's an amazingly good return from full back!

Do it.

..Petrie will smash Watto on the lead, but will kick only points.. ..Watto will then kick monster torp's that clear the pack, and bounce all the way thru the sticks at the other end.. .... ..something like that, hey..

Very VERY strange to see Carlton at $2 vs North at $1.80. Unusual indeed.

We are one game ahead on the ladder, mind you we have a weaker percentage.

Are you going to " load up " Ryan ?

Jamo on Petrie please, despite differential size.

Watson cant cover a lead, he is like treacle out of the blocks, his arms are too short, and Petrie tends to mark on the leap and with full arm extension, making the spoil difficult for anyone. Seriously, Petrie will kick 8 on Watson, and the game will be irretrievable before we know what's hit us. He is their best forward and go to man, and we need our best back on him. (no not Hendo, unless all else fails).

Win midfield clearances, block up corridor space in North's F50, squeeze Petrie, and work really hard to prevent their clean rebound off HB and we'll win.

And crunch Swallow early.

I admit to being a little distracted with the Bombers however it doesn't take away from my absolute desperation to win this week and every week.

We struggle against this mob however if we want to make anything of this season, we simply must win.

Would be very, very disappointed if we are not up for this game.

I think they'll be up for this because it's the Judd match, just need to hold our nerve and keep in their faces.

They are bluff and bluster. They want to be the Hawks and Geelong but they ain't, they are not anywhere near as good or as tough. We just need to remember that.

Any chance they may drop Watson and bring in Casboult so Rowe can play CHB?

Bring in Casboult also, will stretch their small defence with separation and might suit our long kicking to the forward line (as long as it's to our advantage and with a touch of smart corridor leading)

Yarran needs to play further upfield and cause problems with his execusion into the forward line.

We also would have the tools to switch Kp's and ruck duties if/when necessary.

..i also would play hendo and rowe as a fulltime kpf combo, and bring in bolt to be fwd/ruck with krooz.. ..keep watto in, will need his size down back, but on such a fast deck if we use him as the playmaking kicker off HB he'll be delivering to our fwds and his boot is alot faster than the run and spread..

They have the wood on us.
We will not win this because they have managed to put together a better midfield than our much-publicized one. They will get the ball insode 50 enough times to win.

Petrie loves us.
Harvey always has a day out against us.

Roos by 11 points.

Play at the same level as we did vs the Hawks for 3 qtrs. and we ll get them.
We've shown we can play at such a high level.
We just need to see it over a while game.

This.

Their forward setup is pretty difficult to match up on and has no trouble scoring. Their talls are good at creating space for each other ad keeping out of each others way.

AFL website just said Robbo straight back into the team whilst Murphy is in some doubt with hamstring tightness.

When we are at the stage where Robbo isn't an automatic selection, I'll have some faith that were a starting to see some reasonably drastic improvement in the list.

Good question although Rowe won't be playing back this week.
If Watson does miss then Henderson will start back and Casboult may come into the side.

Menzel is also in the 25 so you never know.

A dialect from the east coast of South Carolina for mine. You don't see it often these days.
