I wish they wouldn't .

The times they do always struck me that it was done reluctantly.

TC'ers dont deserve anymore consideration than the rest of the membership .

All the membership wants is a well run organization working towards some sustained success.

Just run the joint properly.

Not commenting on criticism of board, however, most board members work 60+ hours per week on main job, then 20+ hours per week (voluntarily) on Carlton business, then family - doesn't leave a great deal of time for TC!

id say 99%

thats a reflection of the wider carlton community....

supporters??... they dont need us...!!.. they buy the memberships themselves

there is a massive divide between them and us... and it doesnt matter how many hours they work

and id debate that board members at our club put in 20 hours a week at the club

they dont come cos they have nothing... and they know it...!!!.. not cos theyre busy!!...

but he wont walk.... the club needs stix.. and next year is our 150th....

sticks might walk... sticks supported ratten... sticks is a real carlton person...he will prove this... sticks will stay on.. now that fahour doesnt have the numbers.. and sayers cant tahe the chair..

just on harold... my understanding is a few years ago... i think in 2006.. he was sounded out by some coterie people for the job.

the board at the time.. said u can come on the board... we need your contacts .. expertise andknow how... but sit down the back like a good lil boy and dont have any ambitions beyond doing all the work for us in the backround...
or make a ticket and run

he waked away...

now thats my understanding...my sources might be abit off.. but not alot off.....thats the abouts of what happened..i think circa 2006/07
