nothing??

the club stops??... and footy operations manager plays solitair??

I already answered those questions in my previous post. I have no idea what his role is.

I highly doubt. Highly Highly doubt Andrew Mackay would block mighty Mick Malthouse if Michael wanted to make changes to the list.

We all know he didn't want to make changes apart from Cloke and hoping the star align. Now we wait and have a snooooooooooooz unitl he fires away a year later.

Who knows where his head will be next trade week either? Fingers crossed there are no books written about him to promote.

so u doubt but you dont know?

but you pass judgements??

and yet it is his role to manage the footy dept...

so supposing he has himself a job as an ex teammate of sticks and he cant even do that role he was given... but he leaves his vets job and afl kind of a job to do that nothing role for us.. where he doesnt take his position seriously.. but he is being paid and he has 'Andy mckay- footy operations manager' on his door...

would that then be a [REDACTED] club jobs for the boys.. a circle of trust to use surreys phrase...or mick malthouse????

why would u do that job ???

is he unemployable??
is that his ideal job satisfaction ???

is he exempt from blame???

You seem to be in some other argument with me. Check back through the posts and direct this stuff at whoever it's meant for.

Thank Mighty Mick for the wasted year. Going on about 'sifting through the list' and ' bedding a new gameplan ' is probably a better tack to take.

Won't wash with me though.

and mckay said ok.. but we really need changes.... i have an anaysis on this team!!!!!!..

and mick said... when i say nothing !!!.. do nothing!!!

and to which andy mckay whos job that is said "aye aye sir!!!"

Do you have that on some kind good authority???

if so say so!!!

or would u be allowing your hate to cloud your judgement and any real semblence of logic .. and an understanding of the footy dept managers role...???

He did make changes to the list.
We got three draftees, one has played a couple of quarters then drop him and stated that the ressies isn't the best place for his development.
They also brought in Green and Wiley, one that has been out of the game for ten years I believe and a rookie from a champion record breaking team like Melbourne ( to head a possie he knows nothing about ) so he can crap on, shout at and blame.
we paid out the other assistants (because they might have disagreed with his worship) and Ratten
then we ran out of money,
but that's all right because the list he was starting with had the prospects of a top four finish if they had the literacy to comprehend Malthouses game plan and process.

.............................Ah the process.

he officially didnt make any changes to the list....
he didnt OFFICIALLY commence till november 15th odd..as agreed to with the club....
the list was also potbound as players were on cntracts that shouldnt...

hard to understand isnt it???

now as for assistants.... we didnt have the money... because we were pot bound with coaches on contracts that shouldnt have been....

so there are a hell of alot of propblems just there that malthouse doesnt decide...

other people around the club do

they employed him...they have an agreement....and sacked the previous coaches and must pay them and the new ones...

hard to understand isnt it yellow belly???

what you do today.. and what decisions you make today....affect you tomorrow too....

the cub make the decisions ...

malthouse is an employee.....!!!.. as is mckay..

we know what malthouse does.. noone knows what mckay does

Didn't start to November ?? Why? Was he busy with other things or just kicking back?

List isnt important? Leave it to the others? Boom recruit head coach doesnt get a say anyway ? List isnt unbalanced and a new mix is not requied?

Stars align and we win a flag.

So you are saying he was happy enough with the list to not care about it until he started a month or so later. That is pretty sh1t head coaching.

Imagine the look on the players faces when he goes on about going the extra mile.

Personally i reckon its crap. I reckon he looked at the list and his ego got ahold of him. Thought any team under him will thrive. You thought that too. You went on about players thriving under Mick and how we shouldnt pay too much attention to their form last season.

Infact if it was Mackays fault you can't complain. He only did what you would have.

im asying he doesnt know the list the way footy operations manager mckay does

look the club is dishonest...from top to bottom.. the supporters are too!!!

everyone is un accountable.. supporters deflect on bahalf of their favourite 1990s footballers too...

if you want answers you look to the top of the tree...!!!...thats sticks!!!

but if u want to live in a world of pain and lies... blame whoever u like... but it doesnt mean youre not going to look biased or silly!!!!

mm knew our list same as mckay did .. did he???

an example of a biased supporter right there!!!

and ratts signed them up on 2 year contracts.....guys that cant get a game and noone would want... multiple versions of that example are evident..!!!

Now thats a coach that tweaked a list !!!!  :screwy:

Fancy getting Mick to make an apology !

The members deserve an apology from the Board and Management for their utter failure re The BluePrint.

Where is the accountability ???????

Just looking at the root cause as to why we are no better this year than last.

We have sent out the same blokes out to play to make the same mistakes all led by a different person who could have started the changes but let his ego get in the way.
