Appreciate the honesty and credit for actually doing the video and addressing the members.

For me, this is just words and the actions are what really counts.

It's all about results and wins. No honourable losses, no improved performances, wins. Starting this week.

Bare minimum being having 22 fully committed players giving their all and fighting tooth and nail for their mates, club and supporters. Shouldn't take a debacle like last week to have this kick in to gear. That's an indictment on the players and the coaches and brings in to question whether all parties are on the same page and whether the improvement we all want is actually achievable.

Yep. You can tell he genuinely hates losing. I wish I could say the same for much of our "blue chip" playing group.

Whether we go down by 4 points or 40 points doesn't seem to matter - they still get paid, and they still get to be AFL footballers. And that seems to be enough for most of them. They're satisfied.

Remember you are just custodians and your ineptitude is wearing thin. Pratt and Matheson money is/was needed but are we now in a Catch 22 situation? Are we over-reliant and unable to force change if needed?
