..would keep playing Levi.. ..thing is we don't play 2 KPFs up front.. ..we play 1, and the other is a fwd/ruck [levi], or a ruck/fwd [krooz].. ....so who-ever isn't rucking at any given time, isnt just a tall fwd, but is an actual KPF.. ..too big a workload, doesn't allow for them to 'rest deep fwd'.. ..Levi is still building fitness, too big a workload to play KPF and relief ruck.. ..similar to how Krooz is running out of puff, he has to be 1st ruck and then KPF.. ..plus krooz has to block and bullock and chase and harass cos the mids dont do enough.. ..and then after all the crashing and bashing and chasing in the middle, krooz and levi have to play key position up fwd when 'resting'.. ..bollocks..

That fact that casboult fades out of games by half time isn't the start of the problem with playing him. He has no defense what so ever. Even when he still has gas in the tank. We lose when he plays. He burns other players out. Its costly playing him.
If they really think he is a player of the future that they want to put games into him even if it costs us wins now then I can understand but if we want to win we have a better chance with him out of the team at the moment IMO. He is being carried.

The only player who can go forward and has a tank is Hampson.

Neither are reliable kicks for goal.

..hammer's problem is he doesnt use what he's got.. ..rarely chases enough, and he should cos he's got good straight line speed.. ..doesnt do enough repeat leads, so not sure how he goes for 'big tank'.. ..has real athletic ability, but its as if he doesnt know how to utilise it in game..

I didn't see last nights game but every game this year that he's played Bolt had been invisible in the second half.

Hammer has deficiencies but he seems to be able to run out a game.

But he lacks in other areas and he is primarily a tap ruckman.

Times up.Out Eddie and Jeff for a start.Small forwards arent worth a cold pie unless they can go in the guts and get a kick.Fact ! I'll give Yazz one more shot coz if he put his mind to it he could get a kick in there. But its his last chance in if he dont fire, see ya later.Dont wanna live in hope with this guy.Yazz is either with you or against you.Its his choice.......................want at least another four changes.Touhy,Armfield,Cachia.............nice try boys, but we need other guys to show us what they got. After so many losses in a row we need to get drastic..........realize the magoos arent firing, but we gotta give these blokes a shakeup.Dont give a shit if it backfires and we get slaughtered.Show some dash.

..out of the small fwds, Garlett is about the only one [currently] capable of getting a run thru the middle..

I want to give laidler another go.
My theory is he's not going to shine in the twos. He's dispirited. let's see how he goes. Nothing to lose surely?

The problem is Mick (as Basil Fawlty said to the Major about burglars in the Hotel) there aren't any.

mitchell has kicked 10 in the last 4 games, didn't kick one last week, played casey who is on top.
we have tried casboult, he can't kick, can't run nor can't defend.
we have tried hampson, another one who can't kick.
we have tried rowe, can kick but thats all.
why not try mitchell, may surprise us, but worst case if he can't get near it [after 4/5 games], come seasons end he will be delisted.
for me this week,
laidler jamison tuohy
walker mcInnes gibbs
simpson carrazzo lucas
yarran henderson graham
menzel mitchell garlett
kreuzer judd murphy
mclean armfield bell sub;buckley at least he will have a crack..
waite/betts/robinson injuries.
curnow/cachia/casboult back to northern for some form.
cachia bit stiff but reckon bell deserves a chance.
casboult needs a spell and mitchell needs a few games to see if worth keeping.
just my thoughts.

Look's like he's put half the list off side now. Nice of him and the CEO to dump on the list AFTER they sold all the memberships.

Way to go Blues.

I wonder how many members (and players) they think will fall for "NO LIMITS" next year?

He should have been played by now. I've seem him 3 times for NB. All playing fwd which is making it hard for him to shine.
