When u have 3 number 1 picks offer nothing you are screwed

What happens is this...... listen here... if you have on ly a few good players they look worse than they are.. if you have more good players.. they look better... if you have a very good list everyone ooks better.

ATM... we have guys who look shit cos the support isnt there....

Throw Judd Murph Gibbs into Hawthorn and Geelong and they automatically look bestestest.....

Midfield very very week.
Leadership is very very poor...

Those TWO things just there are club killers!!!

Massively disappointing game tonight, here is a short summary of each of them:

Waite - Can't stay on the park, enough said
Betts - What's going on with him? His worst season by far for the Blues
Garlett - Goes missing for massive chunks of matches, might need to be dropped even though he is our leading goal kicker :-S
Tuohy - He has bravery and not bad disposal but is not class by any stretch of the imagination
Armfield - So badly out of form, has to be dropped
Yarran - Just not consistent enough and doesn't have a set position
Casboult - Not coming on like I'd hoped, only kicked 1 goal, need at least 2-3 from him every week
Henderson - Been outstanding this year, probably should be leading our B&F
Jamo - Been decent all year and battled hard but Cloke still kicked 5 on him...
Gibbs - Shocking game tonight, just didn't look interested. He had been in great form before this game, not sure what happened!
McInnes - Good last season, and was pretty good tonight, worth to persevere with
Curnow - Needs to go back to the seconds I reckon, just hasn't shown enough for mine
Murphy - Absolute disaster game for Murphy tonight, shouldn't have played
Cachia - Battles hard but still not convinced
Robinson - What is wrong with him this season? Not the same player, hardly any impact at all
Simpson - Take him out of defense and put him in the midfield
Walker - Stella season so far, hard to fault him really, decent game tonight
Carrazzo - His comeback game after missing 9, so have to cut him some slack, he was ok
Judd - 29 touches, was one of our best, but he is slowly declining
Kreuzer - 28 hit outs and 2 goals, he was good without being great
McLean - Was very good again tonight, can't fault his endeavour, only criticism is his pace... very slow
Lucas - I think he had a really good game tonight, I think our best player tonight, 33 disposals and a goal

7 players - originally rookie listed - in our starting 22 tonight.
35 Ed Curnow
37 Jaryd Cachia
38 Jeff Garlett
40 Michael Jamison
41 Levi Casboult
42 Zach Tuohy
44 Andrew Carrazzo

7 players picked in the regular draft who cant get a game - 4 of them are the equivalent of (or close to) a first round draft pick
mitchell,
watson,
mccarthy,
buckley,
menzel,
warnock,
hampson

:?

The rookies should be the icing on the cake not the cake itself.

Our list has been severely imbalanced for a long time.

Long way back from here.

And yet Hughes is cruising in his 10th year in the role........we are such a dumb club.

No, you're getting confused with horse tranquilizers.

Robinson playing with half his body functioning. Still leaves his captain for dead in terms of "real" leadership.

Can't help but think things need to change at the top before we are a force. Sticks needs to go ASAP. Second......we need to get murph back to being just a player. Terrible captain. Just terrible. Hughes has to go. Even if some clown thinks he has done a good job. He is in his 10th year in the role!!!!! Andy McKay....not convinced.

BANG!!

Sticks aint a presidents a-hole, love the mug but he couldnt manage a hot dog stand with success......

Jeannie (behind closed doors) knows all too well how bad our management is but why would we listen to her? she actually knows better than anyone what needs to happen.

Unfortunately the role of club Pres is too demanding/time consuming for someone brilliant to give away a corporate throne to bail out a friggin football club.

Fitzy - now commissioner wouldnt even consider it for a second, too smart!
Madden - chooses the mud and shit and stench of politics over football - says a bit!!
Ahmed Fahour - why would you give up boss of Aust Post to manage a rabble
Geminder - not interested in taking on the fulltime role while he's earning stacks and gets to spend family time every day, and is rarely angry, why would u swap?
Stuart Baron/Mark Hendel - rather make money and be succesful than lose hair, friends, all spare time, and and joy of life......
Alex Waislitz (VP of Collingwood) - POTENTIAL - loves a challenge, is bored by collingwood, but again, why would you give up his lifestyle & job for constant grief?
Zac Fried - running an empire already, why would he switch to a former crumbling empire

and yes Hughes MUST go!

And not only did we not recruit mids... we didnt replace Fevvvolllllaaaaaaa!!!
We took hbfers... say we replaced McGiness tonight with Bootsma/Laidler/Davies... and Tuohy with Duigan/White... would the result be a ny different???
But if we had midfielders... ahhhhhh.... if we had our strength in the midfield... its a whole new ball game..!!!

We didnt even find a group of leaders...

We just dog paddled....!!!

Thank your lucky stars we finally know where we are and where we are is where we deserve to be....!!!
So now we can begin to rectify our situation....but dont expect to fill in 4 or 5 midfied sports immediately ... cos were going to need 4 or 5.... after all we had no mids injured tonight.... BECAUSE... this is the killer.. in the next 3 seasons.. not only will we need to bring in 4 or 5 to balance our list... we will have to replace an extra 4 or 5... THATS TEN MIDFIELDERS!!!! :screwy:

Do you blokes get that???

I sit in the Southern Stand p6 (third level) row A seat 7. To the flower who sits in Row B seat 6 or 7, yelling out when Andrew Krakouer got free kick for ducking, Did he get that cos he's Aboriginal??? and then saying 'well it's true' when I told him that comment was bullshit and not on, if you happen to post on here, have a good hard look at yourself you racist flower. Still trying to think of a reason not to take the matter up with the club. Just made my night even more miserable than it already was.

I totally get it Synabd. But what about KPPs???? We are desperate for them!!!! We have zero depth in all KPP. Some key positions are missing all together!! CHF for example.

Rogers is in charge and was in charge at the last draft.
