Really think we can stretch them on a dry track on the ground and in the air despite Buckley hoping the players to "spike" in form for this game.

Reid's hammies wont enjoy a heavy track, then again his height and marking prowess will be useless if he plays. So, will it rain?

Wouldn't drop Bootsma, was the only player last week (apart from Hendo) who looked like taking a mark in those conditions.

Would keep him and use him across half forward as the third tall option.

I doubt running players with stamina like Curnow will be dropped, and Cachia seems to have cemented his spot and done more than Bettsy lately.

Out: Bootsma (inj) maybe White? Curnow? Garlett? Scotland?


If Carrots, Graham & Murphy play I believe that will make a massive difference to our ball winning ability which has struggled.

Yep I am generally a fan of Curnow and Cachia. They always put in massive efforts.
But there's been a theory going round lately that our midfield might be erring too far on the side of lock-down / tagging.
I think there might be a bit of sense in that.
The Pies midfield is still pretty decent, and we need to match them.

I cant for the life of me work out how they sell these tickets. A bit of luck it seems, the earlier you buy the tickets the worse they are.
