We are way too nice, and whilst I am glad we are moving away from the thuggery of the game that Sheedy coached sides and the like are gone we still need to make a stand

We get hit and if we retaliate its usually fairly lame and we even give away sill free kicks

Some of our players need to fly the flag, Tuohy, Robbo, Brock, Carrotts (when available) need to say enough is enough

Hodge saw Murphy and he did what he wanted to do - the outcome was what he wanted when the opportunity presented - like when he hit Hendo with the ball of his shoulder later on. He came out amnd wanted to fly the flag for his team and rally the troops and he did. When he hit Murph he had dead arms that werent interested in picking up the ball, the ball of your shoulder is the most lethal weapon in the game if you can make head contact, it wont crumble like a fist can when you hit at high speed.

We can continue to be pushed around or make a decision that some of the players make need to sacrifice a few weeks on the sidelines for the betterment of the team. I am sick of certain teams pushing us around and we do nothing about it

Someone should have run through Hodge after Murphy went off. Give as good as you get.

Hawks have done it several times over the years when one of their own has gone down from an opposition hit - Lloyd/Sewell, 2004 line in the sand with Mark Johnson, etc.

Teams know that our boys do bugger all in retaliation.

Though I can't wait for the fist-shaking in the media through the week.....

I go nuts that Waite chooses a pointless headbutt against the worst side in the competition when we're miles in front.

If you're going to do anything like that to get reported, it may as well be against Hawthorn after the captain goes down when the game is in the balance.

really need big sized mids in Robbo Bell & Cachia to kick on - little Murph too small for inside heat, should be outside link/playmaker

if cachia runs through birchel and we win our supporters will be happy.....he would probably be bronzed and mounted outside visy.. an a legend for all time...
if hodge runs through murphy and we lose we will go feral....
