Well, that was a better performance than the Bombers game I think.

Lacked a little smarts to finih the job.

And the only way we will ever get the rub of the green is if MM changes his name to Hird.

No it wasn't. Exactly the same, mentally incapable of running out and winning a game when it matters.

Yeah, nah.

We had to fight the whole game and were never in control.

The Bombers game should have been in the bag.

Completely different, but looks like another week of "weak" comments.

No it's weak. It happens year after year, every time we play good teams, it's close and respectful. !@#$%& it, we don't have the group to get where we want.

We will lose again against Sydney, in fact you can tip right now how we will go in every game this year from this point forward.

It's time for change.

Go have a rest, the vodka ha obviously worked.

You know what Cimm, I haven't been drinking Vodka every time we have a big game this century.

Go look at the results and tell me if it's the Vodka talking or I'm basing my opinion on fact?

Casboult terrible after the first quarter. Man down.

We look awesome until we fatigue. You can see it happening.......... you see us going flat chat early and know we are not getting it on the board. Then late in the third you see our backmen starting to trail their HFF and then the game breaks open.

Is our gameplan too taxing and inefficient? If it is not that then we need to get fitter or come up with a better formula with position rotations.

Passing to their trainers twice didn't help.

We were very unlucky from halfway through the 3rd quarter.

I don't think we fatigued as much but our composure in the forward 50 was ordinary in the last. Three really good chances went begging.

Losing Murph a issue?

Didn't help.

Anyway Club I reckon that was NOT a Ratten game we played tonight and I think it was a great effort.

can you believe that I just had a hawthorn fan ask by text if tripping was not in the rule book any more then had a whinge about birchall being brought down by the legs when eddie kicked that point.

We missed Murphy.
Always hard when you go one down early in the night.
We aren't tall enough in the backline and if anybody doesn't believe me, look at the goalkickers.

Rowe isn't up to it. He tried hard but he is just not good enough.
I would have put Waite down back in the last quarter. he did SFA up forward tonight.

I tipped Hawks to win by 18.
It's about where we are ATM.

The umpiring was shit but it's always shit so why complain?

Murphy broken jaw? That's more of a concern to me than shit umpiring.

Matthew Kreuzer had a great game in the ruck and if he can keep it up I'll take everything back.

All in all, not a bad game of footy apart from us not getting the four points.

Agree...but you forgot to add the Jeffy was crap and Eddie is still rusty. Cachia impressed under pressure, he's like an upgrade on Bentick. Curnow's miss was terrible.

His feet go forward with slight contact.

The guy is frightened of contact. I reckon he has cyber sex.

Or his opponent was just in a better position and on the end of a good kick.

What year is hill in?
You push back not fall forward against a guy like hill.
If you watch Lucas is common he does the same thing every weak.
Pay attention.
Watch him!

Weak as piss.

..MM gameplans are taxing, and we have a lot of players still fresh in regards to senior games experience.. ..i do like the way we're playing, and the new and improved gamestyle.. ..i like the extra emphasis back on man on man footy, i think our style will work well in finals, this is the making year, will reap the benefits over pre-season and hit next year running.. ..can't help having to get games into kids and miles into legs..

Pretty sure Armfield tripped his opponent. :yikes:
