Actually that's a good point missnaut, I had erased that debacle from my mind somehow.

going with a Hawk customer this week. Will have to smile through the whole thing.

I'm going early: Yarran = Sub against the Hawks

gave my ticket away.
need a rest from the emotional ride.

I'd play Yaz for White. He's born to run after all. I liked him in defence, or on ball, or wing, then sometimes forward.
To say he's a forward only, and there's no spot for him right now, as I heard one of our coaches saying in a pre match, just gets me cross.
No, he shouldn't have sooked. He has apologised.
Is this about Yaz, or Mick's pride?
I don't like seeing such a great player underrated.
He can play both ends.
Will he be a sub again just to punish him? Geez.

(you can see why I need a rest.)

Haven't seen anything different from our lot which will suggests that this wont be our worse loss for the season coming right up.

Telling statement:

@CarltonFC: Malthouse: "We will pick the side on balance. You choose the best side. If a good player falls out of the side, bad luck."

So is "OUT: Lucas" an example of a good player falling out of the side?

Debate.

No, because the context to that statement was based around the balance of the side.

Aside from Simpson, not too many run and carry players in that side.

Bruce's man love Cyril has been ruled out.
It ll only be a 7-8 goal loss now.

Watch the Hawks play bully boys, and us crumble like a pack of cards again.

Don't care how tough he is at the ball, Robbo has been a liability all season. He was a passenger on Friday night, and has been nothing more then mediocre all year (despite his trash talk of facebook and twitter).
He needs to be given a spell in the Reserves to get some genuine form back.

If we move 'em on, head 'em up, head 'em up, move 'em out, move 'em on, head 'em out, set 'em out, ride 'em in, ride 'em in, let 'em out, cut 'em out and ride 'em in then I reckon we're half a chance.

'Rawhide' is the rolling zone, tempo footy, Pagan's paddock, flooding and a little Mighty Ducks' Flying V all combined. Easy 4 points if implemented correctly.

Stupid statement.
A good player is called a good player for a reason and always in the best side.
It's up to the coach to use him in the best possible position/positions to benefit the stability and balance of the team and a positive outcome.

Dropping a player for disciplinary reasons or form slump is totally acceptable and making a statement.

Make a !@#$%^ statement Malthouse or are they too precious.
Can’t we hurt their feelings or they might sook.

Reminiscent of last year under a different coach.

That has already happened I think.
I mean Yarran was sub and his feelings got hurt and he sooked.

Anyway my changes for this week;

In: Warnock, Menzel, Duigan, Laidler, Carrazzo
Out: Kruezer, Yarran, White, Cachia, Lucas

Seems perfectly reasonable to me, although it's more common in sides with more depth, it happens..

Like having 3 ruckman and not being able to decide whether to play 1,2 or 3 of them.

I haven't seen or heard a statement yet just an excuse.
The only statement I could ascertain was the stupid decision to make him sub in the first place

What would you bring Duigan and Laidler in for specifically?

But which kind of Rolling Zone/Tempo football do you usually have here.

Country or Western???
