clever - but its not far from what the 13 year old girl said when you look at the progression of that chart in relation to the players in the picture

That's not intended at all. If someone can crop Ryder out of the pic, it still works.

I know it's not intended. Just pointing out how easily something can be misconstrued.

Just like a young girls comments

Why am I becoming more confident about this match as the week goes on? It's disconcerting and I don't like it. Usually means we going to be belted. suggest you all load up on Essendon* at the +39.5 immediately.

Remember - I called this in the birthday thread!!

I just want to reiterate my suggestion for everyone to get on the overs for Essendon*.

If he gets one kick and a tackle or two the brave watchers (aka media - Darcy in particular) will argue a case it was an outstanding debut.

Heaven help us if he kicks a goal

Good, I hope Daniher plays.

And Hurley, Ryder, Bellchambers, Crameri and Gumbleton too.

Going too tall these days is suicide.

(as is playing three rucks)

Some perspective, he's a kid playing his first game against 2 of the in form KP defenders in the comp.

anyway, media build up to this game is very low key, must be because of the drugs

Maybe he didn't no what he wanted to say.

You obviously aren't aware of the mechanics of the opposition player birthday system, are you?

He will kick five against us, then kick another 2 over the following month, and will then get dropped for the rest of the year.

I have a dream.

I'm dreaming that at one stage during the game we see the midfield and wingmen look like this:

R: Kreuzer Betts Murphy
C: Armfield Yarran Garlett

I believe the Bumbers might go in too tall. If not, they will tire because they endured the wet weather slog against the hard at it Swans.

That midfield will be hard to contain and will run rings around the Bumbers mids.

The forwadline at the time may look like:

HF: Gibbs Henderson Judd
F: Robinson Waite Menzel.

Cop that!!!!

Jammo too experienced for young Daniher let alone in form.
White takes Hurley again.
Ryder/ Bellchambers in a FP.....mmmm....can Bootsma jump and spoil that high?????.....just have to make sure the ball doesn't get there.

I'm expecting a huge win.

Clearing light showers for tommorrow night at the G?

Might be a bit slippery?
Ball will be on the ground a fair bit....Betts, Garlett, Yarran, Armfield, Murphy, Judd....that's a lot of speed and ground dwellers roving the packs.

Not a night for high marking forwards?
Maybe a good night to have Bootsma as a spoiling backman who has the speed to get the ground ball faster than a lumbering ruckman.

Casboult and Kreuzer vz Bellchambers and Ryder on a slippery night might go our way.
Warnock is the big question...will MM select him or not?

my understanding is that he will be selected - so that means either no Gumby or Hurley you would imagine

Warnock to miss I reckon.

The deck will be dry unless it rains during the game.

In: Judd, Betts.
Out: Bell and probably Menzel.
