I sat at ground level last night, something I rarely do. 2nd row on the wing.

At that shitstain of a ground you can hear everything.

3rd qtr, right in front of us, lucas was yapping his head off to his opponent like a bad winner who's 15 goals up. In that time he was beaten for possession 3 times and still he went at it around the stoppage.

I may have told him to shut up and get a kick. It didn't work. Summed up the night for me.

Saw that as well. Was a pathetic sight to say the least.

agree with that, they need to make a decision with hampson forward only but he does another tall beside him to tell him where to run to what to do, believe if you get a forward mentor to take him under wing he could be a very good forward.

Hendo could be that mentor.

Agree felt that when Hendo was chatting to him and giving hamspon direction he improved. Hampson is not a natural footballer

The (only) highlight of the night for me was when a saint player lined up hendo for a solid shepherd and Hendo stood there whilst the saints player went flying off him to the ground. Hendo then went straight over to him and gave him a gobfull. At least hendo seems to care. He has leadership qualities and is a tough kid. He and walks seem to be the only 2 who consistently will back up team mates and get into the opposition.

Other than that it was a horrible horrible night. Only thing that was different last night was the coach

hammo barely understands what he is suppposed to do but feel swapping his role is unsettling for him which of cause goes against multi roles. But if you give him a earl spalding role he just may develop and if he doesnt delist or trade with another player to get something of more value

Scotland, Jeffy. Eddie has a crack (was awful last night).

That's about it on a regular basis.

During our surge Hendo was very vocal, clearly organising all the forwards after every goal. Good to see.

Sick of losing close games, or games we re expected to win.
Now I m getting to realize what its like to be a Richmond supporter.

And don't get me started on the Etihad bottleneck on the walk back to Southern Cross

Brilliant design, just brilliant

They should demolish this piece of shit and start again.
I cannot comprehend how you could build such a poorly designed stadium in this day and age.

Heaven forbid there's a disaster there, it would be impossible to get out from where we were sitting (48 Level 2)

It's that new building and construction that's causing the issues - the walkway is much narrower than before. I didn't go last week but it took forever to get back to Southern Cross after the Geelong game.

The way from the G to Richmond station is still worse. Seriously, you'd think after 50 years of having both buildings ferrying thousands of people on a weekly basis, they might've done something to make it easier by now.

(and don't even get me started on :myki: )

Tear me down, but Lucas won't be going anywhere for a while and there has been an hysterical overreaction to his ordinary performance last night.

We all know his weaknesses, but he's been making steady progress this year and has been regulalry in the 20 plus possies this year, including a team best 29 last week v Dees. Yeah, I know it's the Dees..

We hardly have a Melb Cup field ready to replace him.

Keep persisting with him, hopefully he'll learn alot from last night.

I beg to differ
