The popular formula for successful teams in recent years has been to play one key ruck and use a key forward as a backup ruckmen.

We're playing three blokes whose best position is 1st ruck.

Hopefully we're going to start a new trend, but I have my concerns.

I hate this flower as much as anyone, but we take them lightly at our own peril. They have regularly beaten us in the past few years and that confidence counts for plenty when they cross that white line. Being on one win is also plenty of incentive for them. Milera tore us a new one last year, he's a dangerous in for us.

We're hardly at our best @ Etihad too.

Blues by 18 points in a very hard fought much, but any margin will be fine by me.

x2

Milne, Riewoldt, McEvoy, Steven, Dal Santo, Montagna, Armitage, Saad/Milera, Fisher, Gwilt etc

These players can all cause us headaches if we aren't switched on 100%.

Any win against these pricks is a good win.

Even though they're not a force anymore, they still have plenty of personnel who cause us dramas everytime. I just want this one behind us and an extra W on our tally, no matter how ugly.

Unlike last week, I'll be more than happy if we play like shit and get a win this time around.

It's possible that St.Kilda may yet lose another key player to injury for Monday.
Word is that he's 50/50 at the moment.

Don't be surprised should Kreuzer be a late out on Monday, either. Just a feeling.

I have one in the cupboard.

Bought it 5 years ago used it three times.

Only comes out during power failures now.

Guys.... Look at the names you're rattling off as a reason to worry about stkilda.

Are you serious?
Clearly we are living in an era of post traumatic stress syndrome.

That's the reason we must kill them!!!!!!!

Should be done by us should be done Monday night football at the dome!

Look i agree with you, i reckon that the main problem is caused by Kruiz not being our best ruck but also not being a forward, to eliminate this problem he has to develop into a forward with scope to roam and also relieve in ruck.

What's important here is with the saints we exorcise the demons by exercising our demons upon them.

That's seriously a shit side were playing.

Our ins and outs are irrelevant.

Period!

St Kilda are yesterday's news. If we are any good, we will win. If we don't win, we are not any good.

One of the things holding back this side is our mental state.
We have not understood that a big chunk of winning is belief.
Tagging everything that moves (Milne) (spit) basically means you're unsure/ worried/ etc

If you believe you are any good you must believe you have more talent and they're better prepared on the day to beat the opposition's personnel and prep.

Surely we have.

They've played some really good footy against Sydney and Collingwood over the last fortnight. No reason they won't play well Monday night. I've tipped the Blues, but wouldn't surprise me if St.Kilda make it difficult for us - just as they did for the Swans and Pies.

Bananas! Have you watched the games?
They have been crap!
Seriously good footy!

What a joke!
The results look good on paper the games have been terrible.

We're not allowed to make this look good on paper because it means we were terrible.
