Simmo finds it absolutely impossible to hold a tackle unless he has a chance to bear hug a player to death......

Have you? It's not saying much, however, (though that many forward arrows would make him the greatest ruckman that ever lived) he still doesn't do enough around the ground.

what happened to holding the ball? Weagles had an infinite amount of time to dispose of the ball, or if not, for it to be be knocked out of the tackle. disgraceful!

great win, 10 minutes of shit from us almost blew it but then we just tackled and pushed and shoved and made the ball dead for 10 minutes and that was that.

Garlett and Yaz were fantastic. 206 held his own and then some against Cox

Opponents are bouncing off simpon's beard before he has a chance to tackle them...

Armfield BOG for mine.

Did Gibbs play in the backline?

We play well at Subiaco. Might be time we merged with the Eagles and become a Perth team.

I thought he was better, did he played in back pocket or HBF tonight?

Simmo obviously still not in top form but I loved some of his desperation when the game was on the line. Really threw himself at the contest a few times. He'll be right. He'll play himself back in to form. A few easier wins with some free outside ball would be great for his confidence

I thought he was great tonight, both above and below the knees, held his own against the best

Loved Yaz's "don't rush back Eddie" comment after the game...

Garletts best game for the club...

Yarrans first match winning game.... he is a danger man.

We did it without a superhuman effort from Juddy... usually to get over the line in a game like this .. its cos Juddy played a blinder.

Wouldnt give him more than 450k if he wants to play next year......

We will need the extra dosh to get another gun mid

Did all the hard thing's tonight and apart for 5 minutes in the 3rd quarter played hard honest footy, supporting each other for 4 quarters. Thoroughly deserved this win and just happy for the boys. Hopefully our season starts now and we continue playing like that. The 3 shepherds when Yazz was running into an open goal highlighted our work ethic. I can't remember us doing that for a long, long, long time....
