Reckon Curnow with his running power is a good addition and is perfect to go with Gaff. Also backing Aaron Joseph to having his best game of the year by shutting down LeCras. As far as Kennedy and Darling ,pft......they arent travelling that well and i am thinking between Hendo,Jammo, and White there forwards will struggle..........................massive game for Jeffy and Yarran.if we go the longbomb they must be at the drop of the ball.As a matter of fact if all things remain equal i reckon if Jeff and Yarran can jag 3 each,we win.And im backing Jeff and Yarran to have big games.Blues by 11 points.

No way can Warnock go with big Cox. Cox will run him ragged and then pop up to kick at least two goals while resting and Warnock is wondering where he disappeared to.
Warnock migh get a few taps but his game ends there and Cox's is hust starting.

You reckon Aaron Joseph is going to play on Mark LaCras? Too small to play on him, LaCras is a medium forward who would tear him apart.

Also, FYI, Kennedy is playing unbelievably this season, and with our defence leaking over 100+ points in each of our games, I'm worried about Kennedy grabbing ahold of us. Darling has been sh*t though this season but I'm sure he will play himself back into some form against us

..it's not size, the little frenchman is about 182/183, so he's definitely not a medium fwd.. ..and AJ will be able to follow him fwd and into the middle, where LeCras will spend a lot of his time.. ..the frenchman will most likely be too smart for AJ, but if he's told to be mostly a shutdown type he should stifle lecras [at least]..

Yep the size is OK - AJ just needs to whack his sore arm at every opportunity - leCras didn't want to tackle with it at all last week so it's clearly still pretty sore. Smash him in a few tackles early and then niggle all night.

I disagree Blue S. I reckon Warnock's going to have a blinder. If ever a guy knows his future is on the line ...

Slapping the arm is weak - I'd be going for the smash him with hard but fair tackles - really hard and fair ones.

You know the same sort of hard and fair tackle that Lonergan put on Carrazzo last year that was given the all clear by that complete knob head Jeff Geischen.

In reality we probably could have got both with rookie picks.r

Couldn't agree more. Major mistake IMO.

I get what your saying Chelo, but unless he's content being a very highly paid VFL player then this is his opportunity to impress.

Can't help but wonder what we'll do when Kruezer's fit if 206 strings a few BOGs together.

I thought Buckley was a cert as well.....there's a few running players in that emergency list I wonder (and hope) whether there may be a late change?

Some of the so called media experts are suggesting the Eagles poor start has been due to the lack of around the ground rucking work that's become absent since NN went down

..would be a pleasant problem, but since i don't think Knockers has ever 'strung a few B.o.G' performances together, yet, then i think we can only hope to have that problem..

WOW that is pretty sad.

Brett Ratten's fingerprints all over it. Will never get a senior gig again. Out of his depth. Assistant coach only.
And we had him for almost two years more than Robert Walls who won us a flag and got us into another.
One of the most short sighted and damaging decisions ever made
BTW...MM may be another one of these decisions, but for now, I'm giving him a go
Should have kept Wayne Brittain

A few of us have been saying for awhile now that we dont have any young good kids coming through. That fact of only one player from the last 3 drafts playing tomorrow is really alarming.
More so because he is a 25 year old.
I give us no chance tomorrow night and i am thankful that i have something on and wont be able to watch it.
Anyone here game enough to go over for the game.

and those trends are so obvious, even though MM has only coached Carlton 2.5% of the number of games that BR did

Brock & Curnow in the same midfield....? :?

AJ obviously left in to do a specific job, but he seriously must be running out of chances.....

Would love to be proven wrong, but I fear this could get ugly.
