bit annoyed they didn't make a statement dropping simmo. he'd want to redeem himself after last week especially. he was so un simmo like. 1 percenters are usually what he is good at.

hopefully he gives an honest performance this week.

Not happy about Buckley getting the chop. Was one of the few who showed some ticker and passion last week.

Just wanting to prove once and for all there was more to the "Judd trade" than just Judd!

Yawn.

Clubs needs depth.

Rookies and retreads such as Dwyer, Toovey, Maxwell, Macaffer, Russell and O'Brien might all be in Collingwood's best 25 to 30 players.

You're just looking for bites and taking the piss out of your posting style.

Whilst I think White is a good match up for Darling, I'm fully expecting him to start forward.

I agree Locke. Our forward leading patterns have been ordinary. White is good in this area.

I think Jeffy, Touhy, and Jamison are pretty good pick ups, but I agree our Rookie Picks should be the icing on the cake, not the cake itself.

Surely Simpson is on thin ice right now.

Curnow is probably the surprise selection for me.

Was another bad one with I think LeCras and Duigan resulting in a very crucial goal to them.

Don't know why they keep naming him there. As if he would pick up Josh Kennedy. There aren't too many surprise selections these days so the smoke and mirror days are pretty much over. Darling & Kennedy will be picked up by Hendo and Jammo and WC know it as does everyone else. We don't have any other tall defenders named.

Didn't Mick say the other day that in the two years since he coached, the game has "passed some players by" ? Obviously he meant Duigan but wonder if he reckons Laidler is also in that category - hopefully not and he still just isn't quite ready. Match ups or not, he is in our best 22 every time surely ?
