Move Simmo to small defender. We need something and he's doing nothing

Violently agree with these suggestions.

Pretty rapted with the fringe players tonight. Not so much with the number ones though.

What does that say about our ability to maintain possession coming out of defence?

It's simple- we panic and our disposal from the back line for the most part is haphazard-and that is the ball game unless we improve that side of our game- at least 3 goals from poor..no very poor disposal

I can almost see us giving up a 20 point lead in the last quarter and losing this.

Cracked thumb

Conceed 78 points in a half

We lead the clearances 25 to 17...but inside 50s are 36 to 22 Geelong's way.

We have so many butchers in defence.

Yarran needs to move to defence.

Look at the butchers in defence - Jamison, Joseph, Davies - they just get it and blaze away. It gives the team no chance.

Yarran is pivotal to us at least being a chance. Walker doesn't have Yarran's line breaking ability.

A smart coach would put a linebreaker like Yarran in defence.

It is clear we don't have enough good kicks coming out of defence. Too many butchers.

Physically soft and mentally weak. Not a good mix.

Someone will have to explain to me the defensive aspects MM has brought to the team.

For a coach who doesn't like shoot out we seem to be getting nothing but shoot outs.

Wish I was paid to take a run like Bryce Gibbs.
Wish Michael Jamison was a half-decent footballer.
Wish we had someone to rag-doll Taylor Hunt around for 3 minutes. Who the hell cares about a melee fine - this is for 4 points and not one of you can stick up for your Captain? Embarrassing.

Ok....Off to read how Warnock did today. Doesn't matter - he's our ruckman for the foreseeable future. West and Blicavs now well and truly on top.

We are simply an offensive team. Simply allow too many soft goals.Until this changes we are making up the numbers.

What a tough half to watch. Some quick movement and glimpses of brilliance followed by complete bollocks.
Some of our senior players are weak as piss tonight.Simmo, Murph in particular.
Simmo having a complete stinker.
Robbo and Walker having a go and showing some passion.Brock doing ok but missing goals in front change momentum Brock. You Cannot
miss those.
We need to get Hendo into the game. Diddo Gibbs. Was unsighted in the second quarter. Also need to see more from Scotland
a his second quarter was quiet.

The only way to watch fox footy when the the goat BT is commentating is with the mute button.
