it was all about player management. we turned it on for a quarter and a bit, then pulled the shutters down and palyed out the game without pushing too hard, you could tell by the way we were attacking the ball and going in, who cares.......

Our disposal was country Div 3 footy standard, kicking blind hoping for 4 qtrs. we aren't going to beat many teams bombing it down the line 90% of the time. And bombing into the F50 won't work more than not. Waite needs to hurry back.

For a coach trying to emphasise defence as his main game plan why has there been so many free Fwds behind play this preseason.

We have been beaten quite convincingly in 4 of our 5 games in clearances which is where we were strongest. And we slower and more unfit coming off a preseason with alot more running involved.
