Well Stephen M is right - a considerable amount of responsibility lies with Clinton Bown and I see no reason as to why Clinton can't hit the KPI's. I'm satisfied with the progress we've made.

Like players have a ceiling - so do coaches. He had nothing left to give at Carlton and the players had nothing left for him. The only correlation I see is that Carlton people will soon get used to and warm to Mick Malthouse. That should translate into a few more members. When he raises a Premiership Cup in a Carlton polo shirt - I intend to forget, albeit briefly, that he was ever associated with Richmond and Collingwood.

Off topic a little, but I just got the usual raffle phone call from the club (he said he was from the membership department), and I am pretty sure his said the raffle is to raise money for the development of Visy Park to host games in the future.............anyone know anything about this?

I rang the club it is legit but not for any redevelopment (sorry Surrey), it is done through an external marketing company. I left it with the lady to let the company know of the misrepresentation.
